Kaldev AI provides AI-powered development tools through various subscription tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected tier.

2. Billing and Cancellation

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the cycle ends, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.

3. Usage Limits

Each tier comes with specific usage limits (e.g., number of projects, Reality Checks). Cloud tiers include a specific amount of API credits. Additional usage requires purchasing top-ups.

4. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Kaldev AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
